Sessions are 50 minutes. Your counsellor will help you decide on a pace that feels supportive, whether that means weekly sessions for a period of time or spacing appointments out as things stabilize.
What are your session fees?
Counselling sessions range from $140–$200 per 50-minute session, depending on the clinician. Couples counselling is $190 per session. We encourage clients to confirm coverage details with their extended health benefits provider.

How do I book an appointment?
You can request an appointment through our contact form or by emailing or calling the clinic. Submitting the form does not automatically confirm your appointment. Our team will follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm next steps.
Is counselling confidential?
Yes. Counselling is confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety and risk. Your therapist will review confidentiality with you early on so you feel clear about what privacy looks like in therapy.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a starting point. You’ll talk about what brought you in and what feels most pressing right now. There’s no pressure to share your full story. Together, you’ll clarify goals and decide what support might be most helpful moving forward.
Do you offer emergency or crisis services?
No. We do not provide emergency or urgent mental health services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital. You can also visit our Emergency Contact Numbers section for additional local crisis supports.
