Gentle, person-centred therapy for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and caregiver stress.

I support adults, including older adults and members of the francophone community, who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or out of balance. Together, we create space to explore your experiences, understand your nervous system responses, and reconnect with your strengths.

My Philosophy

My approach is gentle, person-centred, and strength-based. I work in a non-pathologizing way, recognizing that your past does not define your future.

Your present circumstances do not need to determine your trajectory. Together, we move at a pace that feels respectful and grounded, writing your story in a way that reflects your values and aspirations.

My Approach

Are you feeling overwhelmed, out of balance, or distant from your authentic self? You may be struggling with emptiness, pressure to meet others’ needs, or the heaviness that comes from navigating change and uncertainty. These experiences can show up as persistent distress or a quiet sense of disconnection.

As your therapist, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can gently explore what is at the root of your struggles. Together, we look at how your personal history, relationships, and circumstances have shaped your current challenges, while identifying the strengths and resources that already exist within you.

My professional journey has included work in long-term care, acute care, rehabilitation, and community settings. This experience allows me to understand the pressures and complexities individuals face across different stages of life, including those supporting others in caregiving roles.

I also recognize the influence of loss, performance expectations, and social messaging in shaping self-worth and identity. My role is to listen deeply, help you rediscover meaning, and support you in reconnecting with what feels authentic and life-giving.
