Supporting men in navigating anxiety, anger, grief, and relational challenges with clarity and resilience.

I work primarily with men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Whether you’re managing anxiety, social discomfort, grief, regret, or a persistent sense of being trapped in your life, therapy can be a place to reset, reflect, and move forward.

My Approach

Welcome. I’m Chuck LeBlanc, a dedicated therapist with a strong interest in championing male mental health.

At the core of my practice is a passion for assisting individuals who struggle with anxiety, social discomfort, grief, regret, and the weight of feeling stuck. If you’ve grown weary of stress pulling you down, or you’re tired of suppressing emotions and instead want to experience life more fully and presently, you’re in the right place.

I believe in client-centred therapy grounded in compassion and steady support. Every person’s journey is unique, and each session is confidential, non-judgmental, and tailored to your specific needs. Together, we develop a treatment approach that builds on your inherent strengths and addresses the challenges that brought you to therapy.

It is an immense honour to walk alongside individuals as they navigate growth and healing. My role is to provide a grounded, unbiased space where insight, understanding, and resilience can take shape.

Therapy with me is collaborative and practical.

You can expect:

  • A clear and thoughtful intake process
  • Honest conversations in a direct but respectful environment
  • Space to unpack stress, anger, or emotional avoidance
  • Skills and strategies that support long-term emotional regulation
  • A confidential and grounded therapeutic setting

Together, we identify patterns, challenge unhelpful narratives, and build emotional tools that support meaningful change.

Outside of one-on-one sessions, I host the therapy podcast Couch to Couch – Making Therapy Make Sense,” available on Spotify.

My work and insights have been featured on platforms such as the Acid Horizon podcast and the Psyche Podcast. I’ve also consulted on a forthcoming video game exploring psychotherapeutic themes, and collaborated with a UK-based art collective examining the intersection of therapy and creative expression.

These projects reflect my commitment to making therapy more accessible, relatable, and integrated into everyday life.
