Affirming, trauma-informed therapy for youth, young adults, and adults navigating identity, anxiety, and life transitions.
I work with youth, young adults, and adults who are seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their experiences, identities, and relationships. Together, we cultivate clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of agency.
“You are not the voice of the mind — you are the one who hears it.”

My Approach
Growing up in a small town shaped my passion for community and advocacy. In rural areas like North Grenville, access to mental health resources can be limited. These gaps sparked my desire to take action, particularly in supporting youth.
As a queer teen, I often felt the need to hide parts of myself that were not widely accepted. Shame and fear shaped how I related to myself and others. Over time, therapeutic work transformed the way I understood my experiences. That lived experience now informs how I support clients with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Originally, I pursued legal studies with the goal of creating systemic change. My path later shifted toward psychotherapy, where I found I could work directly with individuals navigating the impacts of social and environmental systems. My background in legal studies continues to inform my understanding of how broader structures influence mental health.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
My therapeutic style is client-centred, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I integrate modalities such as internal family systems, narrative therapy, cognitive approaches, and mindfulness practices to meet each client’s unique needs.
