Shannon Sweeting-Woods,

Shannon supports adult individuals to identify and work through what has been getting in the way of living a life aligned with one’s hopes, wishes, and values. She works with couples facing a wide variety of issues by supporting partners to develop an understanding of their communication patterns, and to create and maintain new patterns that bring greater relationship fulfilment. Shannon provides a queer-friendly environment and an open and respectful space to explore all relationships.

Lindsay Abrames,
MA, RP, RYT
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Lindsay creates a compassionate space for young adults and adults to get to know themselves better as they navigate stressful life situations, anxiety, and depression. She supports individuals to evaluate their relationship with substances or other problematic behaviours, as well as loved ones of persons who struggle with addiction and mental health issues. Lindsay will help you understand the impacts of trauma and chronic stress, so you can befriend your nervous system to develop safety and a deeper connection to self, others, and community.

Sydney Maharaj-Nicholson

Sydney guides people with compassion and empathy to develop their strength and resiliency in the face of life’s challenges and stressors. Sydney collaborates with individuals and adolescents seeking support expressing their authentic self, and individuals from blended families.

Karine Landart
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Clinical Intern
Karine holds a practice focused on supporting individuals (incluant la population francophone) who seek an open space to express their current struggles with anxiety and depression. She assists you in exploring your distressing symptoms towards an improved self awareness, strategies for resiliency, and comfort with yourself. She welcomes individuals struggling with burnout and grief, as well as difficulty with adjustment to life transition. She aims to help you understand your own needs, the nervous system responses within your current struggles, and uncover how your strengths and abilities can support you in building the life you are seeking.

Rachel Belway,
MSW, RSW
REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER
Rachel Belway is a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker with over 23 years of dedication to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from McGill University, with a focus on grief counseling, Rachel has cultivated a career deeply rooted in helping clients navigate bereavement, loss, and the complexities of chronic illness and relationship challenges. Her therapeutic approach is centered on Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, creating a supportive, client-centered environment where individuals feel safe to explore their challenges and work toward meaningful growth.
